Dredge and Fill Permit Applications for Public Comment

LCRA posts notices and draft permits open for public comment under the Highland Lakes Dredge and Fill Ordinance on this page. Only Tier II and Tier III projects require a permit from LCRA.

Tier II Permit Applications

LCRA received an application for a Tier II project to dredge 1,876 cubic yards of material on Lake Travis. LCRA has completed its technical review of the application and is accepting comments on the draft permit through Monday, March 31.

LCRA is considering all comments and will issue a permit after the applicant meets the requirements of the ordinance or deny the permit if the applicant does not comply with the requirements of the ordinance.
