Dredge and Fill Permit Applications for Public Comment

LCRA posts notices and draft permits open for public comment under the Highland Lakes Dredge and Fill Ordinance on this page. Only Tier II and Tier III projects require a permit from LCRA.

 

Tier II Permit Applications

LCRA received an application for a Tier II project to dredge 1,876 cubic yards of material on Lake Travis. On April 1, LCRA issued a final permit after determining the application met the requirements of the ordinance. Before issuing the final permit, LCRA welcomed public comments and considered them in its final determination.
