About us
LCRA’s Protective Equipment Testing (PET) Lab is a state-of-the-art facility, accredited by the Association of North American Independent Laboratories. PET Lab technicians perform tests in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
Our Services
PET Lab technicians test and service rubber insulating gloves, insulating sleeves, insulating blankets, insulating line hoses, insulating hoods, insulating covers, hot-line jumpers, grounding cables and hot-line tools. The lab also maintains an inventory of many products and accessories it tests.
LCRA Protective Equipment Testing Services offers laboratory and on-site testing, fast turnaround, competitive pricing, and responsive customer service. Pickup and delivery is available by request.
The PET Lab now serves more than 275 customers across Texas.
