Hydraulic Equipment Repair
Our repair work can keep your hydraulic equipmment moving smoothly.
Hydraulic unit repair, rebuild and testing
Hydraulic component services include repairing cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, tanks, winches, cranes, hoists, hoses, fittings and power units. An LCRA hydraulic specialist will provide a quote for the repair upon request.
Hydraulic cylinder repair
Cylinder repair work includes disassembling parts, diagnosing the problem, repairing or replacing damaged parts, and rebuilding the cylinder.
Hydraulic pump and motor repair
After analyzing your hydraulic motor and pump, we will make recommendations to improve your motor or pump’s performance, and replace parts that are worn, broken or missing.
Hydraulic valve repair
Disassembling and cleaning hydraulic valves allows us to inspect for flaws or defective components. After this thorough inspection, we will provide an estimate and recommendations for repairing, rebuilding or replacing your hydraulic valve.
Hydraulic hose assemblies
Hose failures can result from advanced age, friction, pressure spikes and poor installation. Our experienced hydraulic experts can quickly determine the cause of failure, correct the issue and replace the hose assembly. We keep a wide selection of hoses, fittings and adapters on hand, and can manufacture custom replacement hoses, as needed.
Crane repair and inspection
Our skilled technicians can perform repairs on all crane components for all makes and models of crawler cranes, all-terrain cranes, truck-mounted cranes, rough terrain cranes, and industrial cranes.
