Land Development
LCRA offers the opportunity for qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for development of overnight accommodations or recreation attractions on LCRA lands. Unsolicited proposals are not designed to address the acquisition or sale of LCRA property.
Proposals can include independent models, in which the external party delivers and operates the whole development, or collaborative models in which both LCRA and external party are involved in development.
