Updates:
August 2017: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service scheduled four public meetings to allow attendees to view project information, ask questions and submit comments regarding the scope of the issues and alternatives for the Service to consider as part of its environmental review that must be completed pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act before any permit decision is made.
The meetings were held in August 2017 in Corpus Christi, Austin, Midland and College Station.
April 2019: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service released LCRA TSC’s Proposed Habitat Conservation Plan and the Service’s associated Environmental Impact Statement for public review and comment.
September 2019: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service approved LCRA TSC’s Incidental Take Permit and associated Habitat Conservation Plan. These documents and related information can be found on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service website.
