Details below: 1) Pre-Proposal Meeting: February 22, 2023, 10:00 am CST (Online via Microsoft Teams) The pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory; but strongly encouraged. Offerors interested in attending this meeting must RSVP via email to [email protected] no later than February 20, 2023, by 12:00 pm CST. Please include name and title of attendee(s) with your RSVP to receive invite to the Microsoft Teams Meeting. 2) Pre-Proposal Site Visit: March 1, 2023, 10:00 am CST Location – LCRA Matagorda Bay Nature & RV Park Offerors interested in attending this meeting must RSVP via email to [email protected] no later than February 27th, 2023, by 12:00 pm CST. Please include name and title of attendee(s) with your RSVP. After the pre-proposal meeting and site visit an Addendum with any questions and answers will be posted to RFP site for all suppliers to review. |
