This is a request for information to assess respondents qualifications as contractor for Substation and associated transmission construction services.  Respondents meeting the minimum requirements described in this Pre-Qualification Request will be eligible to receive the Request For Proposal (RFP).

UPDATE 12/6/2023 –

Due to requests from potential participants, LCRA is extending the due date of this pre-qualification package until 12/15/2023 @ 3:00 p.m. CST.

UPDATE 12/01/2023 –

After receiving feedback from some potential participants for this pre-qualification request, LCRA has decided to postpone the requirement for financial information until the last phase of the Request for Proposal.   This financial information will be needed before a contact can be awarded, but is no longer a requirement for the pre-qualification phase.
