The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is requesting qualifications (RFQ) to perform real estate services as follows: 1) Appraisal Services: Including Appraisal Prework and Appraisal Reports. 2) Expert Witness: Prepare for and testify on behalf of LCRA in hearings and appeals in support of previously provided opinions or reports. This may also include the review of opposing appraisals, exhibits or testimony to determine flaws; meeting with attorneys to evaluate all project materials and concerns in preparation of testimony.

Pre-submission Meeting Thursday Nov. 17, 2022, at 9:00 am central time, location in Austin, TX (TBD). Suppliers will need to notify LCRA if they wish to participate prior to the meeting date. The meeting is not mandatory; but strongly encouraged.

MS TEAMS Meeting will also be available to those participating virtually, suppliers to submit any questions about the RFQ to LCRA before or by the meeting date.

Post meeting date an Addendum with questions and answers will be posted to RFQ site for all suppliers to review
