The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to perform all operations required for the construction of building improvements to the existing men’s and women’s restroom/shower facilities at the Matagorda Bay Nature Park. The building improvements and upgrades include new wall tile, tile flooring, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, toilet partitions, fixtures, and countertops.

The pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory; but strongly encouraged.

Offerors interested in attending this meeting must RSVP via email to [email protected] no later than November 7, 2022, by 12:00 pm CST. Please include name and title of attendee(s) with your RSVP.

Post meeting date an Addendum with any questions and answers will be posted to RFP site for all suppliers to review.
