Weather Summary and Outlook for Central Texas:
A ridge of high pressure building east over Texas will cause mostly sunny, breezy and warm weather conditions today through Monday. Daily high temperatures will be near 92-94 degrees. Expect south winds in the range of 10-20 mph. A couple of isolated thunderstorms will be possible Saturday and Sunday afternoons as the Dry Line shifts east. But the chance for rain will be less than 20 percent. A slight chance for rain showers and thunderstorms looks to develop Tuesday into Wednesday when a weak cold front sags south into the region. Rain amounts, if any, will less than a quarter inch.
