LAKE TRAVIS -- LCRA, Keep Austin Beautiful and Travis County are looking for volunteers to participate in the 23rd Annual Lake Travis Parks Cleanup. The cleanup will be from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, at area parks around Lake Travis.

The parks targeted for cleanup are Pace Bend, Sandy Creek, Arkansas Bend, Mansfield Dam, Cypress Creek, Bob Wentz at Windy Point, Hippie Hollow, Low-Water Crossing and Overlook Park. These parks are operated by Travis County, which leases the property from LCRA.

Following the cleanup, all volunteers are invited to return to the cleanup headquarters (Travis County Western Service Center off RR 620 near Mansfield Dam) to receive a T-shirt, a hot lunch and a chance to win door prizes.
