LCRA payments for FY 2009 through 2012
LCRA is committed to providing information to our ratepayers and the public that shows how LCRA conducts its business.
As part of that commitment, LCRA is publishing check registers of many of its transactions with its customers and vendors. This page provides links to reports of these transactions for LCRA's 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 fiscal years. LCRA's fiscal year is from July 1 to June 30.
By Dec. 31 of each year, LCRA plans to post check registers for its three previous fiscal years, in keeping with the guidelines of the state comptroller’s Texas Transparency Check-Up program.
What is included in the information?
The information is included in a report that lists:
- Payment reference number
- The date of the transaction
- The amount of the payment made by LCRA
- The person or vendor who received the payment
- A brief description of the transaction
What is not included in the information?
The register is not a complete list of all LCRA transactions. Some categories of information are considered confidential by law or exempt from disclosure under provisions of the Texas Open Records Act and therefore do not appear in this register. Examples of these categories include employee salary information and competitive electric-generation transactions.
